Kalla Property Management System
PT Kalla Inti Karsa communicated their need to us to collaborate in designing a Property Management System, which is a system that integrates all operational aspects of the company into a digital platform. This system is designed to be an effective tool for monitoring and evaluating all company operations, ranging from sales, fit-out & pull-out, finance, customer care, to maintenance and utilities.
The Challenge
At the beginning of the project, all developers used Inertia, requiring us to adapt quickly. Various issues arose that required different resolutions within the Inertia framework, often due to the parallel process of defining issues and gathering client requirements. At times, as development progressed, sudden changes emerged, necessitating rapid adjustments.
Our solution was to enhance coordination between the development team and the client from the outset, aiming to clarify and establish requirements more effectively. We also improved our evaluation process for new tech stacks by dedicating one intensive week to learning and adopting an iterative approach that allowed for greater flexibility in responding to changes. As a result, we significantly improved the efficiency and quality of project implementation.
