Finance Management System

The main challenge of this project was needs from users for faster invoicing process and capabilities of automation. We were required to build application which can process large and diverse transaction data from various sources in a safe, precise, and fast manner so that users in remote locations (mine locations) could conduct transactions despite limited internet access. Moreover, client also has the needs of automation such as auto journal, auto budget check, auto data validation, auto tax validation, auto report creation, real time status monitoring, etc.

The Challenge

We managed to build a solution which is being used by more than 100 users (suppliers, internal users, etc). Our solution is proven to help company achieves 55% efficiency process, which equivalent to 3000 man hours per month. Automation of repetitive tasks, streamlining processes, and reducing costs not only saves time and money but also enables employees to focus on high-value tasks that require human expertise. This can lead to increased productivity and ultimately higher profitability for the organization.

In order to improve the management of billing data in the form of a Monthly Customer Gas Account (MCGA), we developed a Gas Distribution System (GDS) which is designed to be integrated with NAV Dynamics and send data to BPH Migas's Silvia system.

Some challenges in developing and completing the Energas website platform are requirement gathering, system design, deployment, testing, and Go-Live assistance as well as platform maintenance as a guarantee that we provided to our client.

Completing this application was very challenging for us, because the concept of the business process for this application was immature in the beginning. We tried to adjust the timeline provided by our clients and assisted users in the readiness to use the application.

To bring the sharing khowledge things into the new level, we developed a state-of-the-art knowledge management system, both web-based and mobile-based. We built robust applicaton capable of handling multiple document uploads and generating thumbnails for each of them simultaneously.

Developing this application process was very intriguing as we had to deliver attractive and pleasant experiences for both desktop and mobile users considering the different behavior of each device. We also had to build an application that could manage big file uploads and downloads while securing our server from overload crashes.
