Kalla Super Apps
We provided convenience for users to access and make transactions through Kalla Friends application including the Customer Loyalty Program, Customer Referral Program, and providing news and information that users need.
The Challenge
Completing this application was very challenging for us, because the concept of the business process for this application was immature in the beginning. We tried to adjust the timeline provided by our clients and assisted users in the readiness to use the application.
